Sealed Laed Acid batteries are a type of acid-leaden batteries that, according to their engineering structure, can be used in a variety of areas without the need for repairs. Of course, they only need cleaning them, and do not include anything else.
Lead acid is composed of lead plates that play the role of electrodes and sulfuric acid and form electrolytes. In fact, by placing two non-homogeneous metals (the electrode) in the liquid acid (electrolyte), the electrical current will be established. More specifically, the positive electrode absorbs negative charge ions and, through the reaction of electrical potential, creates two positive and negative poles.

VRLA cells have the same chemical formula of lead acid. When the cell is discharged, dilute lead and acid have a chemical reaction that produces lead and water sulfate, and when the cell is charged, lead sulfate and water become lead and acid. In the design of all acid battery acid batteries, the charge current must be set to allow the battery to absorb energy.

These batteries, which are designed and built according to the latest battery manufacturing technology and comply with international standards, have the following technical features:

Complete and reliable insulation

  • High energy
  • Very low resistance
  • Very low self-discharge
  • Ability to recharge at a very good rate
  • Ability to adapt to any system
  • No need to add water or acid
  • Lack of acidic vapors
  • Useful life
  • Applicable thermal range: -15 to +40 ° C
  • No harmful effects on the environment
